Open My account and sign in with email. Create your Al Moiz customer profile and acknowledge the Privacy and Terms pages. Name and an optional default WhatsApp number can be saved. Review the name and WhatsApp number at checkout, add brief instructions and submit your request. The reference and status are linked to your account. Your order history is available on other devices after signing in to the same account. Open the direct shop WhatsApp chat from your request and send the message yourself. Send your PDF, original-resolution photos or approved details there. 6. Track or link an earlier order6. Purana order dekhein ya account se jorein
Use My account for linked order history and current shop updates. If you have an earlier private request link, use Link an earlier order in My account. It must be valid and not already linked to another account. Keep private links safe. Contact the shop for changes or cancellation.Linked orders aur shop ki current updates My account mein dekhein. Use Invoices & receipts for shop-issued documents; open an invoice to view its payment records and choose Print / Save as PDF. A receipt is issued only after the shop records an actual payment or refund. For school, office or larger jobs, submit a Bulk quotation request, read the included scope and validity, then accept or decline the quotation. No automatic discount is applied. My notifications contains order updates and shop replies. After a website order is marked completed, My reviews lets you submit feedback for moderation.
